The Toyota Veloz small MPV line was introduced at the GIIAS 2021 Exhibition taking place in Indonesia from November 11-21, 2021.

Toyota Veloz Cross is imported from Indonesia to Vietnam with 5 exterior paint color options: Black, Purple Silver, Silver, Pearl White, Dark Red. The car has one interior color: Black-cream.

To help reduce vehicle weight and increase power, Toyota Veloz Cross has been developed by the Japanese automaker on the completely new DNGA (Daihatsu New Global Architecture) chassis system of Toyota’s affiliated brand Daihatsu.

Toyota Veloz Cross has a 2,750 mm wheelbase with length dimensions of 4,475 x 1,750 x 1,700 (mm) and ground clearance of 205 mm. Mitsubishi The car has a large chrome strip connecting the LED headlight cluster, connected to the LED position lights and turn signals with vivid flow effects. To bring a healthy and sporty look, the manufacturer equips this MPV model with a 2-tone front bumper with air intakes with stylized T-shaped edges, covered with chrome.

On the side, the Toyota Veloz Cross has 17-inch wheels with polished double-spoke 5-spoke shapes and chrome-plated door trim. The rearview mirror of this car model also has a sporty look with a combination of light and dark tones and integrated smart turn signals. The Veloz Cross has a roof rack but it’s mainly decorative details. Door handles in the same body color help create a uniform look.

At the rear, the Toyota Veloz Cross has a prominent rear end with thin, connected LED taillights similar to the design on luxury cars. The sporty style of the Toyota Veloz Cross is completed with a rear bumper, neat and sinewy spoiler.

Thanks to the increased wheelbase, the Toyota Veloz Cross’s cabin is quite spacious and comfortable. The car’s interior is combined with two sophisticated black and cream tones, giving it a modern and youthful look. All seats on Mitsubishi Xpander’s rival models are covered in leather. When needing to increase storage space, users can completely flatten the last two rows of seats.

Toyota Veloz Cross uses a 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with integrated function keys. Behind this steering wheel is a 7-inch digital clock with a customizable smart interface. The 7-inch entertainment screen is located floating in the center of the dashboard, supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately, the Toyota Veloz Cross is somewhat disadvantaged compared to the Mitsubishi Xpander because it is not equipped with Cruise Control.

In order to increase convenience, the manufacturer has arranged for Toyota Veloz Cross storage compartments in many different positions such as the back of the seat or the side of the door. The door panel and dashboard on Mitsubishi Xpander’s rival car model all have decorative lights.

Maximum torque 138 Nm at 4,200 rpm. This engine is combined with a CVT continuously variable transmission, standard front-wheel drive. The standard safety equipment of the Toyota Veloz Cross is quite formidable with 6 airbags, reverse sensor, 360-degree camera, hill start assist, and electronic balance.
